THE TRAMMEL STANDARD

Trammel Construction is not a corporate building crew. When you hire Morgan Trammel, you work directly with Morgan. From the initial measurement walk to the final screw and yard sweep, he performs all engineering, framing, and cleanups.

Morgan established the business in 2006 in Meridian, ID, with a focus on structural decks, residential privacy/security fences, and custom wood pergolas. Operating as a licensed general contractor, he keeps overhead small, meaning customers work directly with the builder and get honest pricing without middleman sales commissions.

OUR WORKFLOW

1. 01. Site Assessment: Morgan visits, reviews property lines, measures grades, and drafts layout designs.
2. 02. Permit & Utility Check: Complete call to Digline, permit filings with local counties, and HOA plan compliance.
3. 03. Precision Build: Posts set in deep concrete footings, joists framed with structural brackets, and boards checked for absolute level.
4. 04. Clean Site Finish: Complete sweeping, screw magnetic sweeping across the yard, dirt backfill, and lumber debris haul-away.
